Pastor K. L. Burrus, Jr. 

Sr. Pastor of True Everfaithful M.B.C., headquarters of Operation Flame's Wildland Firefighting Training Academy. He understands the need for community-based organizations that are focused on changing the view and trajectory of those that they service. 

Pastor Burrus, contributes organizational structure and policy making to Operation Flame as well as an in-depth knowledge of faith-based, and non-profit operations. 

Hasani Ellis

Born and raised in Los Angeles, CA, Mr. Ellis is a real estate agent, accountant and community ambassador. Mr. Ellis holds a BA in Accounting from Clark University and is the co-founder of Crenshaw and Clark Financial with a mission to provide the highest quality of professional service, as well as dedicated tax and accounting solutions for individuals and businesses.

Mr. Ellis remains steadfast in his commitment to community engagement and empowerment.

Tomita Glover

Tomita Glover is the co-f0under and CEO of Forget Me Not Juanita Moore Productions. Over the past decades, Ms. Glover has passionately worked in education and with non-profits and volunteered with various organizations, while fostering connections with foster families and emancipated students.

Ms. Glover's focus has consistently revolved around those often overlooked in society. Ms. Glover's professional background in Human Resources and Teaching comes with an array of skills but most importantly her commitment to volunteering as she aspires to bring her skills, dedication, and passion to organizations and projects that share her vision of making a positive impact on the world. 

Myesha Austin

Myesha Austin possesses a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and works as an on-site Social Worker for the Los Angeles Unified School District. Ms. Austin has a deep understanding of underserved youth in the Los Angeles, CA area.

Ms. Austin's hands on experience in her field allows her to guide efforts and practices that are set forth by Operation Flame. Ms. Austin provides resources that allow our program to become more knowledgeable in areas as we look to expand further to be of better service to the community at large.

Ms. Austin's commitment to the community at large adds as a valued trait. 

Alexander Brummell

Alexander Brummell brings to Operation Flame a background in operations with his experience in Corporate Medical that provides a variety of medical service programs to employees. Mr. Brummell believes in the philosophy of treating maintenance and the CEO of any company with the same amount of respect.

Mr. Brummel's activities in church allows him to work one on one with the youth in attendance at his church in the areas of character building, self-esteem, and life skills. Mr. Brummel's integrity and compassion for youth has made him instrumental in the programs that Operation Flame offers.
